14-Day Refund Window for Annual School Licences
Annual school licences are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are available.
Free Tier
Free includes 10 reports per month for Literacy, Numeracy and Health & Wellbeing only, conversational tone, 120-word reports and copy & paste output only. No charges, no refunds needed.
Free Trials
Eligible new Teacher Pro and Department subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No subscription charge is taken during the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid a subscription charge. Current checkout may request payment details. If you cancel during the trial, access ends when the trial ends and you are not charged. Since no subscription charge is taken during a trial, no refund is needed. Contact us if you believe a trial was charged incorrectly.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. At checkout we ask you to expressly request immediate access during this period. The end of a 7-day trial does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation right.
For services, that right is lost only after full performance where the required express request and acknowledgement have been given. If you cancel after requesting early supply, a proportionate charge may apply where legally permitted; no charge applies when you cancel during the free trial. To exercise your cancellation right, email hello@cfereports.co.uk. Statutory rights take precedence over our routine refund terms.
Monthly Teacher Pro and Department Subscriptions
Teacher Pro is £9/month or £79/year: unlimited reports, all CfE subjects, SHANARRI, custom criteria, tone and length control, report history, and Word/PDF export. Department is £29/month or £249/year for up to 5 teachers. It adds bulk generation, class analytics, progress tracking, student goals & profiles, shared templates and CSV export. Cancel Teacher Pro or Department at any time. During a trial, cancellation before its end prevents a subscription charge; paid access continues until the end of the current monthly or annual billing period. School cancellation and renewal arrangements are agreed in the invoice licence terms.

Annual Teacher Pro and Department Plans
Teacher Pro is £79/year; Department is £249/year. Annual charges are paid upfront. Cancel renewal at any time; access continues to the end of the paid year. No routine refund is offered for unused time, except where required by law or under the exceptional circumstances below.
Annual School Licences
School is an annual licence from £699/year, billed by invoice. It adds unlimited teachers, SEEMiS import, the SQA dashboard, SIMD/ASN/gender analytics, attendance & monitoring, batch parent emails and an onboarding call. The agreed invoice and licence terms also apply.

Exceptional Circumstances
